Radical Caring needs Volunteers! Awards Provided!

Are you an activist or just someone interested in making the world a better place and just so happen to be a great writer as well? Well if so, we would love to have you join our volunteer crew at Radical Caring. We never have enough writers or photographers to help create fresh, new, exciting and radical issues, and to help review all of the material we receive, interview all the great activists of today, or cover all the events taking place all over the world.

Ours is a collaborative website and publication supported by volunteer writers, editors, designers and programmers doing any and all of the following: writing CD reviews, performing activist interviews, writing feature stories, writing protest, civil disobedience reviews, putting together radical activist bios, obituaries or doing some of the behind the scenes programming and design work. We are also open to any new ideas or features for our website, our printed publication, our email publication and the DVD version of our publication. The sky is the limit!

The only limiting factor at Radical caring is the level of heart that we exhibit in our work. We expect people to write with passion and honesty! Also, we do not tolerate poor spelling. We ask that our writers proof and edit their own material before submitting it, seeing as we do not have a full-time editor on staff. Most free email accounts have a spell-check feature, so please use it!

We are very sorry that we are not able to compensate you for your work, however because we are a low budget, not-for-profit operation and our advertising revenue does not cover all of our operational costs, this is not possible. (The only exception is that we pay a stipend to people who work to find advertisers and sponsors for Radical Caring). Nevertheless, for our staff writers, as a small token of our appreciation, we will provide you with AWARDS! As an award for your volunteer work you will be able to keep all the CDs, DVDs, Books and VHS tapes that you review for Radical Caring. This is a nice way to build up quite an extensive radical activist collection. (Because of extreme postage costs, we are only able to send review material to our U.S. writers. if you live overseas and want to review items for Radical Caring, we would have to place your mailing address on this website and people would send material directly to you.)
