A Better World Is Within Reach Peace Network is looking for persons with skills or interest in developing and directing organizational fundraising efforts. Celebrity event planning, foundation research, grant writing, special fundraising program development etc. Experience in this area is desirable, but not at all required.

You may volunteer on a one-time, on-going, part-time, or work from home basis. We also have many office psoitions available for people who desire to assist in the process and learn.
If you have limited time, but you still want to volunteer, a list of volunteer positions are found below:
Online Multicultural Outreach Specialists - Responsible for using the internet for outreach by requesting other websites to link to ours, informing others about our events and projects through message boards, emails and e-groups. It is important that you understand that we only desire volunteers to contact link minded, peace activist websites which request link submissions and requests. We also desire your help in submitting our website to search engines and requesting websites to list our projects and programs. Requires 2 hour minimum per week and you can work from anywhere in the world.
Most duties only require 2 or 3 hours of your time.
Admin./Paperwork support- assist with clerical type functions.
Photographer – Responsible for taking photographs at various events.
Film Developer – Helps develops film either by a home photo lab or by paying to have film developed.
Group Recycler – Responsible for making certain that each recycling group container only contains that type of material (paper in the paper recyclables, glass in the glass recyclables, etc.,).
IT support- assist with IT support such as email list communications.
Mail and/or email contact – Contacts people by phone/email regarding reminders of events, lost and found items, emergencies, etc.
Newsletter, "The Peace & The Press"- assists with preparation and mail out of newsletter. (See the four page example at the bottom of our website).
Phone person – At the request of the volunteer coordinator this volunteer will pass along information on events. Also responsible for contacting people in emergencies. Please do not apply for this position unless you feel you will be a long term volunteer.
Registration- assists during volunteer registration.
Table attendant - Works to make certain that the potluck table is clean at all times and that all spills are immediately cleaned up to keep the area safe.
